Hypnosis for weight loss is done over 4 sessions. During these sessions alongside hypnosis, we will focus on:

  • What your goals are and the reasons why.

  • What behaviors are holding you back from weight loss.

  • The different areas of your life. What’s working well and what needs working on.

  • Practical tools that you can use in-between sessions.

  • The purpose of emotions and how they link to our eating habits.

  • Recognising the differences between emotional hunger and physical hunger.

  • How to gain some control over how you are feeling.
